As a low sun lit up the blue sky with golden orange fire, Tyler and Emmy found their playdate at the schoolyard ruined. Per usual, their nemesis Marty was having a field day pestering them into their breaking points.

Tyler, Jake and Amber arrived through the other side of the portal right beside the town docks. In all the excitement, Jake forgot that Riley the dog was with them, and she was now loose on the dock, ready to bolt free.
